Overview
After living in their current home for about 15 years with minor additions and upgrades, Dave and Jane decided they wanted to make some upgrades to their kitchen and bathroom to improve the efficiency and increase the value of their property. They started to identify some challenges with small counter space and limited cabinet storage within the kitchen and minimal functional areas in the bathroom. After seeking expert advice from Moffatt & Powell, Dave and Jane were able to explain their list of ‘must-haves’ and desired design that ultimately led to suggestions, recommendations, and design concepts that suited their needs. The renovation created a better quality of life for the couple while also significantly increasing the value of their home when it comes time to sell.
